◈ SYNOPSIS ◈
Based on The Kensington Stories by Sally Benson and the MGM motion picture Meet Me in St. Louis, the musical is about one year in the life of the wealthy Smith family, who live in St. Louis just as the 1904 World's Fair is preparing to take place there. The family’s excitement and anticipation of the fair are overshadowed by their distress over the father’s proposed promotion and move to New York City, which would leave them behind all their friends and familiar surroundings.
