Chelsea Area Players and the creative team behind Meet Me in St. Louis had to make the sad decision to cancel the production of this show. It had nothing to do with the talent level of those who auditioned; there just simply weren’t enough potential cast members to make the show work. That, combined with some other technical problems that presented themselves, led to the feeling that it was in the best interest of all concerned — performers, creative team, producers, community — to put off this show for another time.
